Sajid is a passionate and disciplined professional who has walked an uncommon path – from microfinance banking to government teaching. He currently serves as a Primary School Teacher at Government Boys Primary School Baijy Sarif, Pano Aqil, where he shapes young minds with patience and purpose. His unique background in banking gives him a rare edge in organization, record-keeping, and system-driven teaching.
His academic foundation is strong and specialized, holding a BBA (Hons) in 2013 followed by an MBA in HRMS in 2016. This dual degree equips him with managerial insight, people management skills, and a deep understanding of systems.
A proud resident of Pano Aqil, he has built his entire career without leaving his hometown – first in banking, now in education.
Sajid’s professional journey began in March 2017 when he joined Khushhali Microfinance Bank as a CSO (Customer Service Officer). Through precision and dedication, he worked his way up – serving as Cashier, then Credit Administrative Officer, and eventually earning a promotion to Operations Manager at the same bank. In April 2023, he took on a new challenge as Operations Manager at Abhi Microfinance, where he served until November 2024. But his heart wanted something deeper. In December 2024, he made a bold switch – leaving the corporate world behind to join the government education department as a primary school teacher.
Currently posted in Pano Aqil, Sajid runs his classroom with the same discipline he once applied to banking operations. He is known among students and colleagues for his clarity, patience, and system-driven approach.
